Configuraciones APN de las principales operadoras de España

What is an APN configuration? 

An APN configuration is necessary to connect your mobile to an Internet access point.

The APN is made up of a name, a username, a password and other parameters such as the server, MCC, MNC, among others. And these are different in each operator. 

If you enter this information incorrectly, you will not be able to access the Internet with the operator that corresponds to you. It is always good to know what the APN data corresponds to in case at some point you have to enter it. 

Movistar APN 

Movistar APN settings on Android: 

• Name: Movistar.
• APN: movistar.es.
• Proxy: empty.
• Port: empty.
• Username: MOVISTAR.
• Password: MOVISTAR.
• Server: empty.
• MMSC: http://mms.movistar.com .
• MMS proxy: empty.
• MMS port: empty.
• MCC: 214.
• MNC: 7.
• Authentication type: empty.
• APN type: default.
• APN protocol: IPv4.
• APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4.
• Carrier: empty.
• Virtual mobile network operator: none.
• Virtual mobile network operator value: empty.

APN on iOS:

• Access point: movistar.es or Telefónica.es.
• User: MOVISTAR or telephone.
• Password: MOVISTAR or telephone.

Vodafone APN

If your mobile is iOS and you have a Vodafone SIM, you only have to add the “internet” field in the access point and you should not write anything in the other fields. 

If you have an Android device, the APN would be: 

• Name: Vodafone.
• APN: airtelwap.es.
• MCC: 214.
• MNC: 01.
• Authentication type: PAP.
• APN type: default and supl.

Orange APN

The APN in Orange would look like this for both Android and iOS users: 

• Name: Orange Mobile Internet.
• APN: orangeworld.
• Username: Orange.
• Password: Orange.
• MCC: 214.
• MNC: 03.
• Authentication type: PAP.
• APN type: default.

Yoigo APN

If you have an Android mobile with a Yoigo SIM, the parameters would be: 

• Access point name: yoigo browser.
• APN: internet.

On iOS they are:

• Access point: internet.
• Leave the other parameters empty.

MásMóvil APN

Enter the following data: 

• APN: internetmas.
• Protocol: CHAP.
• You leave the rest of the parameters empty.

Pepephone APN

This company also has different parameters for Android: 

• Name: internet.
• APN: internet.
• MCC: 214.
• MNC: 04.
• The other fields are left empty. 

For iOS they would be the following:

• Access point: internet.
• Leave the rest of the parameters blank.
